We provide operational blueprints and intelligence. We do not guarantee the winning of any specific tender, contract, or catalog approval, as the final decision rests solely with the issuing government authority or buyer.
BidCraft Advisory and KRA Enterprises are independent, private organizations. We are strictly not affiliated with, endorsed by, or structurally connected to the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP), or any national ministry or government procurement authority in India. Our frameworks are independent advisory tools.
All training masterclasses and mentorship programs are billed through secure third-party payment gateways. Billing statements and GST invoices will reflect our legal entity, KRA Enterprises. Due to the digital and intellectual nature of our products, all purchases are subject to our strict No Refund Policy.
All methodologies, training videos, Excel frameworks, pricing models, and proprietary templates provided by BidCraft Advisory remain the exclusive intellectual property of KRA Enterprises. Clients and students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for their internal business operations. Redistributing, recording, reselling, or publicly sharing our course materials or consulting documents is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
Both parties agree to maintain the absolute confidentiality of all proprietary business information shared during one-on-one mentorship or consulting engagements. We will never disclose your specific margin structures or bid strategies to competitors.
BidCraft Advisory and KRA Enterprises shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, financial, or consequential damages (including lost profits or rejected tenders) arising from the application of our advice or training materials. Our total legal liability is strictly limited to the professional fees paid by the client for the specific engagement or course.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
